A day prior, I was avoiding potholes in stormy Mumbai. Presently, I am cruising, with the hints of 'Pull! Crush! Delivery!' sounding in my ears.
Ropes fly, the blast swings and the white sail buffets against a blue sky before topping off with Aegean air. Much the same as the old Greeks, whose waters we are cruising, we're going with the breeze on a 52-foot Sun Odyssey 519.
It's the very beginning of The Yacht Week (TYW) — a yearly cruising celebration held across seven objections, including Greece, Croatia and the Caribbean — cruising from Athens towards the Saronic Gulf. We've secured at a peaceful inlet while in transit to the island of Poros.
